Italian operator Fastweb launched new internet, fixed and mobile telephony offers aimed at its residential clients. Among Fastweb's latest offers is 'Fibra 100,' an option aimed at all fixed internet clients offering download speeds of 100 Mbps. Other novelties are the online back-up service 'PC ovunque (PC anywhere)' and the IT support service 'PC Help.' The former costs EUR 4.5 per month, while the latter is available for EUR 20 per call or EUR 85 per intervention at the customer's home. With the promotion '6+6' available with various fixed internet and phone plans, Fastweb offers six months of internet and telephony services at half their monthly prices to clients who subscribe to both internet and fixed telephony for a period of two years. The '6+6' offer is being promoted on TV, internet and radio with spots starring Italian professional motorcycle racer Valentino Rossi and Italian comic actor Paolo Cevoli impersonating a fan of Rossi. Another new offer is 'Parla mobile 20,' a promotion under which new 'Parla mobile 20' clients pay half the package's monthly price for the first three months. Priced at EUR 20 per month, the package includes 300 minutes for national calls, 200 SMS, 600 minutes for calls to fixed Fastweb numbers and 2 GB of traffic. Fastweb also launched 'Naviga Mobile 300,' a new UMTS-based mobile internet tariff plan for PC users. Priced at EUR 19 per month, the offer includes 300 hours of internet traffic and the opportunity to purchase a new Valentino USB modem for EUR 1.
