IP Vision to sell hybrid TV, VoD businesses

UK IPTV technology provider IP Visionhas initiated a process to sell its hybrid DTT/IPTV products and VoD businesses and assets. In order to facilitate an orderly sales process, the company has appointed Peter Kubik and Michael Kiely as joint administrators of the company with effect from 22 December 2011. Advanced discussions are underway with interested parties. It is expected that FetchTV, the company's video on demand service, will continue to operate during the sales process.
