Monday 3 December 2012 | 10:53 CET | News
Brazilian operators are expected to offer the iPhone 5 in their stores by 15 December, just in time for the Christmas sales, reports local daily Folha de Sao Paulo. At first, only operators will offer the product. The phone companies have negotiated with Apple in recent days the final details for the launch in Brazil and will be required to order devices this week in time for Christmas. Officially, Apple has not yet announced the release date of the iPhone 5 in Brazil. The iPhone 5 was approved by Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency) for sale in September.
