Jenne signs distribution agreement with Mutare

Distributor of IP telephony data, audio and video conferencing, and security technology products Jenne has signed a distribution agreement with independent software developer Mutare. Under the terms of the agreement, Jenne will distribute Mutare's line of unified messaging, notification and IVR services. Mutare's EVM Plus with giSTT unifies voicemail with e-mail, text messaging and instant messaging integrating voicemail into a variety of communication processes. The service is able to convert the audio signal of a voicemail into text before sending both the audio and text to a user's e-mail inbox. This enhances user access to voicemail messages and eliminates the need for a call into a centralised voicemail system. Mutare's service is clientless software installed on a server and can be deployed to complement any vendor's UC products including Avaya. Jenne will be supporting the Mutare service with a dedicated product manager who will serve as a liaison between its technical services and sales associates and Mutare technology specialists. Jenne will work with its resellers to introduce them to and train them on the Mutare software so they can identify opportunities.
