KEYRUS-PROGIWARE TO RAISE EURO29.2 MIL IN IPO

Keyrus-Progiware, Internet agency, plans to raise Euro29.2 mil in an around 20% IPO on the nouveau marche stock exchange on 26 May 2000. Most of the float will be in new shares, to be sold for Euro10-Euro10.3 each. Keyrus-Progiware, which is valued at Euro146 mil by its IPO, had a pro-forma turnover of Euro21.2 mil and an operating margin of 18.3% in 1999. The company acquired Cyborg, ERP and E-commerce integration specialist, and Keyrus, interactive advertising agency, in 1999.
