MTN Guinea to launch data, payment services in March

MTN Guinea plans to launch mobile data, money transfer and payment services in March, CEO Phumzile Joshua Phike announced at a recent partner event, Agence Ecofin reports. MTN, which introduced Wimax in 2011, will aim to deliver innovative, high quality services and provide customer satisfaction. The mobile operator started operating in Guinea in 2006 and now has 2.5 million subscribers.
