MTS tests LTE roaming in Armenia, Uzbekistan

Armenian mobile operator VivaCell and the mobile operator MTS Uzbekistan have tested LTE technology in international roaming. Both operators belong to Russian mobile operator MTS. MTS Uzbekistan and VivaCell signed a letter of intent on cooperation in the LTE roaming field. The Samsung GT B3710 and Huawei E398 modems were used during testing. Both operators have launched their LTE networks this year.
