Numericable adds iPhone plans, mobile calls to Maghreb

French cable operator and MVNO Numericable has launched new iPhone and iPad subscriptions and added the popular call destinations of Morocco and Algeria to its unlimited international call option. Numericable is now selling a micro Sim card for iPhone 4, 4S and iPad owners to use its unlimited mobile subscriptions, costing cable customers EUR 14.90 a month for 1 hour of calls, unlimited SMS and mobile internet or EUR 24.90 for unlimited calls, SMS and mobile internet. In the first case 3G speeds are throttled after 500 MB each month and in the secone after 2 GB. For non-cable customers, the prices are EU 19.90 and EUR 49.90, respectively. Numericable's new iPad unlimited plan is for internet only, and costs EUR 19.90 a month to cable customers and EUR 29.90 to others. As stated above, calls to Algeria and Morocco have been included in the unlimited international mobile call plan, specifically for customers who sign up to the Maghreb+ option on their Numericable fixed service. The operator also stated that it now offers five Samsung devices at its 120 stores countrywide, namely the E2330 Slider (EUR 49), Wave 575 S5750 (EUR 119), Galaxy Ace S5830 (EUR 239), Galaxy S2 I9100 (EUR 499) and the Galaxy Tab 8.9 (EUR 579).
