Numericable drops contract requirement for mobile plan

French cable operator Numericable is dropping the requirement for an annual contract for its unlimited mobile data service plan. This applies both to new and existing customers. The plan offers unlimited calls and SMS to French fixed and mobile numbers and unlimited data at EUR 24.90 per month for Numericable customers with a cable subscription of at least EUR 29.90 per month. For customers without a cable subscription, the plan costs EUR 49.90 per month. The company first launched the unlimited plan in May.
