OPTOSOF ACQUIRES NUMERICA TASKON, WIN.HLP AND MOGUL

Mogul, Win.HLP and Numerica Taskon (all Norway), Internet firms, will be acquired by Optosof (Sweden) for NKr550 mil. Optosof will also acquire Datastrategi (Sweden) and Web Station (Finland). Optosof aims to be able to compete with Icon Medialab and Cell Network, Internet consultancies, and also has plans to become one of the largest Internet consultancies in Europe. Optosof aims for a listing on the Stockholm, Sweden, stock exchange's main list for IT firms by December 2000.
