PTA again fails to hire 3G auction consultant

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has again failed to hire consultant for its planned 3G auction, flagging further delays. The regulator had advertised for the second time for a consultant for the 3G licence auction and three firms had submitted bids. The regulator disqualified all three firms on various grounds, ProPakistani reports citing an unnamed source close to the matter.
