Rostelecom reports 100,000 IPTV subscribers in Siberia

Russian national operator Rostelecom reported that its IPTV subscriber base has reached the threshold of 100,000 in Siberia. The operator provides the service under the TVeast brand there. The growth in the numbers was 219 percent year-on-year there in 2011, and Rostelecom's IPTV market penetration in Siberia is 89 percent.
