Rubbermaid to offer Vidyo-integrated telemedicine carts

HD video conferencing software developer Vidyo has formed an alliance with US-based Rubbermaid Telemedicine. Incorporating Vidyo's telehealth service into its telemedicine carts, Rubbermaid Telemedicine will provide its customers with the ability to enhance the quality of interactions between healthcare providers and patients. Rubbermaid Medical Solutions recently launched the Rubbermaid Telemedicine Cart. This mobile point-of-care platform combines web, video conferencing and interactive whiteboard technology. The Rubbermaid Telemedicine Cart can be used in every area of a hospital or clinic and enables real-time collaboration and patient/caregiver communication.
