Russian court rejects Megafon appeal against fine

The Russian court of appeals has Megafon's appeal against a fine imposed by the Kostroma-based regional branch of regulator Roskomnadzor. The regulator fined the operator for RUB 30,000 fine for providing services to four unspecified persons, who took out subscriptions for another person.
