Samsung files to add more devices to Apple infringement suit

Monday 26 November 2012 | 09:33 CET | News
After successfully having the iPhone 5 added to its upcoming patent infringement suit with Apple, Samsung is petitioning the court to add Apple's latest iPads and iPod touch as well, according to All Things D. Just before Thanksgiving, Samsung filed a motion to include Apple's new iPad and iPad mini to its list of iOS devices that allegedly infringe its patents. Samsung said in its motion that the iPod Touch 5, iPad 4 and iPad Mini have the same accused functionality as the versions of the iPod touch and iPad that are already part of the case.
