Samsung loses Apple suit in Germany

The Mannheim Regional court has ruled against Samsung in the first of several lawsuits versus Apple in Germany on 20 January, according to Foss Patents. No further information on the reasons for the ruling was given. Another hearing of one of Apple's lawsuits will take place in Mannheim later on the same day.
