Smart launches Apple iPhone 5

Philippine mobile operator Smart Communications has begun offering the Apple iPhone 5 on 14 December. With an iPhone Plan 2499, the device will be available at PHP 0 for the 16 GB and 32 GB models, and PHP 6,000 for the 64 GB model. In addition, iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 will also be available for free with an iPhone Plan 2499 as well. The plan comes with forty voice minutes to any network, 100 SMS messages to any network, and unlimited data. Customers can also choose an iPhone plan for PHP 999 per month with higher device payments.
