Sony unveils Xperia Z tablet in Japan

Sony has unveiled the Xperia Z tablet for the Japanese market. The tablet features a 10.1-inch screen, 1.5GHz quad-core processor, NFC and an 8 megapixel camera. It comes in a rugged casing just 6.9mm thick and weighs just under half a kilo. The device runs Android 4.1 and supports LTE connectivity. It will be available in black or white, from this spring.
