Sosh slashes prices in reaction to Free Mobile

Two days after the launch of France's fourth mobile network operator, Free Mobile, Orange has lowered the prices of its Sosh youth brand. It's 2-hour, unlimited SMS/Wi-Fi plan has been reduced to EUR 9.90 from EUR 19.90 a month and its unlimited plan (throttled after 1 GB unless topped-up) to EUR 24.90 from EUR 39.90. Sosh's 1 GB mobile data 'special edition' package, introduced in December 2011, will cost EUR 14.90 instead of EUR 22.90. Sosh is Orange France's brand for so-called 'digital natives' who can only subscribe and manage their account online.
