Support.com selects Soonr for data collaboration service

Cloud-based technology and software services provider Support.com has selected cloud-based services provider Soonr's Workplace for data backup by Support.com. Soonr Workplace allows users to collaborate and do business from mobile or connected device, anywhere in the world. Support.com customers will be able to purchase an upgrade for their data backup accounts to Soonr Workplace, which allows small businesses to securely share, access and sync files across multiple platforms and mobile devices via the cloud. Shared Soonr Project folders uses team collaboration from platform or device, including Mac, PC, BlackBerry, iPhone, iPad and Android. Soonr Workplace gives partners like Support.com, the ability to brand and resell a cloud service that integrates with a company's existing offerings. It also allows for resellers and distribution partners to extend the value of Soonr Workplace to their customers. They are billed monthly via credit card for the accounts, users and storage space actually being used.
