Telcentris launches hosted VoIP package for businesses

US telephony company Telcentris has launched Startup Bundle, a hosted VoIP offering designed to provide a business phone system for offices with four to ten employees. Suited for new entrepreneurial ventures, as well as established businesses with several on-site employees, such as doctors' offices, retail outlets and accounting firms, the Startup Bundle offers small offices unlimited US and Canada calling, phone equipment and a variety of convenient business-oriented features and perks, for a flat monthly fee. The Startup Bundle package includes four to ten hosted PBX lines with unlimited calling in continental US and Canada, four to ten phone numbers (DIDs) including auto attendant, four to ten Polycom 335 IP phones, four to ten voicemail boxes, four to ten fax-to-email accounts, managed VoIP router, data switch, online management portal, conference bridge and assisted self install by phone. In addition, the package features core hosted VoIP functionality, such as unlimited on-net calls, Find Me call forwarding, call hunt groups, simultaneous ring, voicemail-to-email, extension dialling to any company location, online account management and discounted international calling rates. Higher-end phones, PoE switch, and professional installation services available as upgrade options. The bundle is available through the company's VoxOx In Business division as well as its Channel Partner Program. The Startup Bundle package starts at USD 199 per month, plus a one-time provisioning fee that can be partially or fully waived with a term commitment.
