Tele2 NL tops best provider list - Metrixlab

Tele2 Netherlands topped this year's Dutch Customer Performer Index for best telecom company in the country. The DCPI is compiled by Metrixlab, the Customer Insights Centre at the University of Groningen, as well as the MI Company. Tele2 was classified as a fixed telephony company. T-Mobile Netherlands (mobile) came in second on the list, in front of KPN fixed and KPN mobile. UPC rose to take a place among the top ten. In the list of top companies in general, Ikea again took the lead, with Super de Boer (supermarkets) at the bottom. The index calculates an average of how good the customer service is for customers and the company.
