Telefonica launches EUR 1.5 bln notes issue

Telefonica, through its wholly-owned subsidiary T¬elefonica Emisiones, has launched a notes issue amounting to EUR 1.5 billion. The notes are due on 21 February 2018, and pay an annual coupon of 4.797 percent. Settlement and closing date is scheduled for execution on 21 February.
