Telefonica Slovakia offers new flat-rate plan Complete

Monday 4 February 2013 | 14:25 CET | News
Telefonica Slovakia is expanding the list of destinations to which customers call for domestic rates from six to the whole EU. The offer, which marks the operator's sixth anniversary, applies to all prepaid and postpaid customers (O2 Plan, O2 Fair and O2 My Firm). The change is activated automatically. In addition, Telefonica introduced a new flat-rate plan for small businesses. The previous My Firm offer was capped at EUR 40, while the new offer Complete costs EUR 44 but includes additional services and fees. The price-cap means that the customer still pays only for consumption, without monthly fees, but the maximum price he pays a month is the price-cap. The Complete plan includes SMS/MMS to all networks in Slovakia and the EU, SMS/MMS packages (500 SMS and MMS, Unlimited SMS and MMS in O2 network), fees for community solutions (Partner Unlimited, My 3, In Firm Unlimited, Between Firms Unlimited), and internet packages and Daily Internet. However, it does not include renewal of packages, payments for data beyond the package, services Internet 2v1, roaming calls, data and SMS/MMS or Blackberry services.
