Telekom Romania launches MagentaOne quad-play offers
Telekom Romania introduced MagentaOne, a new commercial concept for integrated fixed and mobile bundles that is addressed to both residential and business customers. Romania is the third country in Deutsche Telekom Group to launch the new commercial approach for the integrated offers, after Germany and Slovakia. In Germany the number of integrated bundles customers already reached 1 million.

New Telekom Romania residential customers who opt for integrated bundles get 6 months access to the TV service and a HD package at no extra cost during the same period of contract.

The integrated fixed-mobile bundles are available in 2 options, namely TV L, Internet L, fix Voice S and Unlimited Voice L as well as the bundle including TV M, Internet L, fix Voice S and Unlimited Voice L. Both are available at the same promotional price of RON 110 per month during the first 6 months of contract.

In addition, new TV customers with Interactive TV L have access to up to 50 HD channels, the highest number of HD channels on the market. Twenty of them are included in the  HD add-on package and offered 6 months at no extra charge during a promotional period.

Customers in areas covered with fiber optics (FTTx) also have access to the multi-room TV service for all TV sets from home and a HBO and HBO Comedy package free of charge.

Telekom Romania said it fixed-mobile services reached 100,000 customers in late April. When calling the operator's call centre for customer support, these customers do not wait more than 10 seconds on average for their call to be answered by call centre staff as of 1 May. Also, they receive a single bill and have access to the MyAccount application. The operator also launched a new version of its IPTV platform. Among the new features of the operator's IPTV platform are video on demand on all screens, the possibility to create personal archives of content through cloud recordings and access to a TV archive. In addition, some of the titles are available at no extra cost.
