Several French broadcasters have already submitted bids for audiovisual regulator CSA's tender of licences for six new DTT channels, AFP reports. Televista, which operates the Vivolta women's channel, has proposed a lifestyle channel and NextRadioTV has proposed a free sports channel called RMC Sport. Ensemble TV (IDTF1), L'Equipe and Allocine also submitted entries. Candidates have until 10 January 2012 to do so. CSA is due to announce the winners in the middle of March and will award authorisations before the end of May.
