TP sells PayTel

Polish fixed operator Telekomunikacja Polska (TP) has sold Paytel to IT company Comp for PLN 5.7 million. The price could go to PLN 1.5 million under certain conditions. PayTel distributes prepaid Sims over terminals and online. The unit reported 2010 revenues at PLN 16.5 million.
