UC4 acquires Ventum Solutions

UC4, a multinational automation software provider, has acquired Ventum Solutions, a German software provider, specialised in release management. The deal will boost UC4's position in the Application Release Automation (ARA) market, used by companies who specialise in DevOps, IT-as-a-Service, Cloud and Big Data initiatives.
