Thursday 18 April 2013 | 10:12 CET | News

UPC has added the MiFi hotspot (mobile Wi-Fi) to its mobile internet offerings. The MiFi router allows subscribers to connect to UPC’s 3G network, which is then converted to Wi-Fi. Users can connect up to 10 devices at the same time.

The MiFi Hotspot provides a maximum speed of 21 Mbps down and 5.76 Mbps up, for a one-time charge of EUR 70. The device is available in three mobile internet packages (50MB, 500MB, 2000MB) of UPC.

UPC Mobile uses the 3G network of Vodafone Netherlands.
