Vodafone Germany to launch LTE USB modem at IFA

Vodafone Germany will present several new mobile devices including a LTE/HSPA USB modem, two 3D smartphones from HTC and Samsung's Galaxy SII at this year's IFA trade fair. The Vodafone Surfstick K5005 offers consumers and business mobile broadband connection up to 50 Mbps via LTE and is also UMTS/HSPA enabled. Vodafone will also unveil the Vodafone K4605 Surf Stick which is HSPA+ enabled offering maximum download speeds up to 42 Mbps. The smartphone portfolio is expanded with three Blackberry devices all including a 1.2 GHz processor and the new OS BlackBerry 7: Blackberry 9900 Bold, 9810 Torch and 9860 Torch. From HTC, Vodafone offers two 3D smartphones: the Evo 3D and P920 Optimus 3D as well as the Samsung Galaxy SII with dual core processor and the Galaxy i9001 S Plus with 1.4 GHz processor. From Nokia, the operator will unveil the Nokia 500 and 700 entry-level smartphones as well as the Acer Liquid Mini C4 based on Android smartphone, which will be exclusively available with Vodafone.
