Vodafone NL publishes rates for iPhone 5

Vodafone Netherlands will start selling the Apple iPhone 5 from 28 September. The 16GB version will cost EUR 219 with a two year subscription at EUR 50 per month (iPhone Often, with 200 minutes, unlimited text and 500 MB). The cost of the phone will vary from EUR 59 to EUR 309, depending on the subscription chosen. The 32 GB version is EUR 100 more expensive; the 64 GB is not available. Vodafone also offers the iPhone 4 8GB and 4S with three memory levels.
