Vodafone Spain deploys Tuenti app on mobile phones

Vodafone and Spanish social network Tuenti have expanded their partnership agreement in Spain. Vodafone will install the Tuenti social network on its mobile phones in Spain, Europa Press reports. The Tuenti app, which will initially be offered free of charge, will be available on Vodafone handsets running the Android and Java platforms, but will soon be extended to other operating systems. Back in February, Vodafone, in partnership with Spanish social network Tuenti, has launched a service dubbed TuentiSMS. The service enables Vodafone customers to receive free SMS notifications on their mobile phone every time changes occur in their Tuenti account.
