Volubill, ipoque partner on policy enforcement service

European vendor of internet traffic management systems Ipoque and policy and charging systems provider Volubill have collaborated to provide PCRF and PCEF service for fixed and mobile operators. The contract will create service that gives network operators an understanding of network traffic required to deliver data service plans. Volubill's VBS policy and charging control is integrated with ipoque's PRX Traffic Manager for Policy Enforcement. The pre-integrated service, which is already integrated within Volubill and ipoque customer accounts, will allow operators to put in place a real-time policy enforcement and policy management engine with proven capacities. ipoque's PRX Traffic Manager network policy enforcement and data intelligence service can be deployed as either integrated or stand-alone service. They identify all traffic on the operator network and provide a suite of capacities to monitor, manage, and monetise application traffic.
