On-net offers drive more, longer calls for third of consumers
Around a third (36%) of Dutch consumers say their calling habits are influenced by on-net rates, such as offers to call free or at reduced prices to other customers on the same network. According to the Telecompaper Consumenr panel, 20 percent said they called more often as a result of such offers, 7 percent said they made longer calls and 9 percent call both more often and longer.
