Telecompaper has an extensive consumer panel with detailed information about consumer behaviour. Our Consumer panel gives you a unique insight in the behaviour and current situation of Dutch consumers and the telecom services they are using. Our panel gives you solid results to support your business case, and delivers you the answer much faster on usage, sales, behaviour, intentions, spending, etc.
Every month we interview at least 2,000 Dutch consumers about their telecommunications preferences, spend and channels for fixed, mobile and internet. The result are CBS stratified for age between 15 – 65, gender and geographic location.
We started with our panel in August 2007, so historic information is available. At the moment we have the results of more than 90,000 respondents in our panel. Each month at least 2,000 respondents are questioned.
Below you can find a list of questions we asked our Consumer Panel about their use of mobile telephony, broadband connections, fixed telephony and TV. The questions seek details on their current situation, purchasing habits, usage and churn.
The Telecompaper Charts are based on our own consumer panel. The Charts will provide a quick overview of one subject in clear graphs. Should you want more or other information beyond our charts, our consumer panel also allows you to get answers to your specific questions. Currently, our database includes the results since August 2007 and we have the responses of more than 30,000 consumers. You can expect our first Charts in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
