Orange France highlights TV service in Christmas drive

Friday 23 November 2012 | 09:42 CET | News
Orange France has announced more recent content on its TV service in the run-up to Christmas, backed by a major advertising drive. The Orange Cinema Series service is airing new episodes of a range of TV shows 24 hours after they are broadcast in the US, with films available on VoD 4 months after their cinema release. IPTV customers have access to over 200 family video games to be purchased individually or by subscription. Customers can also download TV content via Wi-Fi to their tablets for viewing offline. From December, the Orange Cloud service will enable users to view their photos on their TV screens. The operator's multichannel advertising drive highlights new TV services as well as the offer of a EUR 5 a month rebate on its EUR 33.90 Livebox Zen triple-play service, new Samsung and Orange Intel smartphones compatible with its HSPA network, and the multi-line Open quad-play service that can be used by up to four mobile phones in each subscriber home.
