Russia offers e-govt line over mobile networks

Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media has launched a special 115 information number, accessible on mobile networks across the country, for accessing information on electronic government services. The service works on the networks of mobile operators MTS, Megafon and Beeline, as well as of the regional mobile operator Yekaterinburg 2000. The MInistry is negotiating with regional mobile operators on the introduction of calls forwarding to the new information number.
