SECURE COMPUTING TO ACQUIRE WEBSTER NETWORK STRATEGIES

Webster Network Strategies (Naples, FL) will be acquired by Secure Computing (St Paul, MN), computer network firewalls provider, for cash and shares worth around USDlr3 mil. Webster develops and sells WebTrack, Internet monitoring and filtering software. Much of the purchase price will be accounted for as purchased R&D.
