Vodafone Greece starts new student offers
Vodafone Greece announced new offers for students. The Student Xclusive 5 plan offers 1,000 minutes to all networks and 200MB internet valid for one month, for EUR 5. Student Xclusive 7 comes with 1,200 minutes, 100 SMS and 600 MB for EUR 7 per month. In addition all students get 600 minutes free each month to call other Vodafone CU customers. Vodafone Greece passes 5 mln customers

Vodafone Greece continued to add new mobile customers in its fiscal second quarter. In the three months to September, the mobile operator gained 82,000 new customers for a total 5.020 million. ARPU of EUR 9.8 was up from EUR 9.5 in Q1 but still down from EUR 11.0 in the year-earlier quarter. The operator made steady progress on expanding data services in the quarter, with 26.7 percent of customers now using smartphones and 54.6 percent of these on data plans.
