Yoigo to introduce smartphone leasing on 05 March

Wednesday 26 February 2014 | 16:14 CET | News
Spanish mobile operator Yoigo announced that it will introduce what it described as 'car-style' leasing deals on a range of smartphones from 05 March. The operator has yet to provide details of the handsets available under the plan or specific prices, other than clarifying that customers will need to pay an upfront fee followed by 24 monthly payments, the amounts of which depend on the chosen smartphone and tariff plan. At the end of the 24 months, customers can either return the handset and sign up for a new model or else make a final payment to keep the phone.
