Welcome to the Telecompaper Mobile MVNO/SP List. This is a fairly comprehensive listing of MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) and mobile SPs in the world today, as well as relevant news. Where possible, the defunct or purchased entities are listed as well. MVNEs are listed by country after MVNO/SPs. See below for general MVNEs, a news archive, some MVNO resources, etc.

Launched by discount supermarket Lidl on the network of Vodafone Germany. Replaces Lidl's branded reseller service Lidl Mobile via Telefonica's discount brand Fonic. Launched in Austria and Switzerland in June 2019.
Mobile offer from Austrian cable operator Liwest
Lycamobile offers prepaid SIM cards with reduced international calling rates, focusing on users who normally use calling cards to phone abroad. The company has set up MVNOs in the following countries: UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Spain, Italy and recently US (March 2013) and Austria (November 2013), Tunisia (2015) and Romania (2015). Macedonia followed in 2016, and Lycamobile launched in Ukraine in July 2017. South Africa followed in 2019 and Uganda in 2020 It ceased its operations in Hong Kong in April 2018
Mobile tariffs targetting the fans of Vienna football club Rapid Wien. Launched in partnership with MVNE Ventocom on T-Mobile Austria's network in 2016 and offers special content and tickets to matches as well.

Launched by Vienna-based Mass Response in June 2015, Spusu offers no frills tariffs to consumers and businesses. Its portfolio will be expanded with LTE services in the autumn of 2015. In 2020 launched operations in Italy.
Tchibo Mobil was launched as first MVNO in Germany in 2004 and is a partnership between coffee house chain Tchibo and O2 Germany. In April 2018, Tchibo's Austrian subsidiary Eduscho launched Tchibo Mobil as mobile service in Austria using the network of 3 Austria.

Vectone Mobile is a pre-pay service offering low call rates for local, national, and international calls, plus savings on SMS and roaming. Vectone Mobile is part of the Vectone Group of companies, owned by the Mundio Group In Sweden website automatically transfers to Lycamobile (Sep 18) In Czech Republic in November 2018 not possible to order Sim or recharge account, so assume stopped services. In Portugal stopped services in July 2018 Sep 19: Serbia website not working In Belgium stopped in July 2021
Launched by Russmedia, a regional media company, targetting inhabitants of Austria's Voralberg region. Russmedia also offers broadband services under the Vol highspeed brand.
Prepaid service offered by Austrian calling card provider ICC Calling Cards. Moved from Orange Austria to A1 when Orange sold its Yesss! discount brand to A1 as part of the acquisition by 3 Austria in 2015.
