D-Link heeft de Wireless AC1750 Dual-Band Unified Access Point (DWL-8610AP) op de markt gebracht. Met dit access point mikt D-Link op MKB-bedrijven die een draadloos netwerk willen installeren of hun bestaande infrastructuur willen upgraden naar 802.11ac-technologie. Het access point ondersteunt daarnaast Power over Ethernet (PoE). Voor netwerkbeheerders kan het Wireless AC1750 Dual-Band Unified Access Point als standalone functioneren, als zelfconfigurerend cluster of centraal worden beheerd via een unified switch of wireless controller. Het access point is verkrijgbaar voor 469 euro exclusief btw.
