Ukrainian operator Kyivstar announced that its fixed broadband tariff plan 'Chance' in eight cities until the end of this year. Customers can take advantage of the offer in Kiev, Dnipro, Poltava, Chernivtsi, Bila Tserkva, Fastiv in the Kiev region, Zhovti-Vodi in the Dnipro region, and Sheptitskiy in the Lviv region and receive broadband at up to 100 Mbps for UAH 50 monthly for the first six months and then UAH 100 per month. TIM ups monthly price of more TIMvision packages

Telecom Italia (TIM) has announced on its website that subscribers to a number of its TIMvision pay-TV packages will be charged an additional EUR 2 a month more starting later on this summer. The move attributed to "economic needs arising from the change in market conditions for offers that include TV content" follows similar unilateral price hikes announced for certain mobile, landline and pay-TV offers earlier this year.

Vodafone Spain (Zegona) has refreshed its international roaming offer, cutting prices by 50 to 60 percent in several countries and introducing new bundles. The dedicated bundles start at EUR 3 a day for 3GB in the US, Hawaii and Alaska, while customers travelling to Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Egypt, Thailand, Qatar and up to 25 destinations can now access 1GB for EUR 3 a day, down from EUR 10 in most cases.

Neterra, an authorized reseller of Starlink by SpaceX, has announced price reductions across its portfolio of Starlink satellite terminals. Starlink terminals are now available for purchase in 156 territories worldwide. Neterra reports that customers in 129 territories can benefit from discounts exceeding 15 percent, while 99 territories can now access reductions ranging from 50 percent to 80 percent on selected products.

Broadband is only UK utility to have dropped in price since 2016 - study

Broadband is the only UK utility bill not to have risen over the last 10 years, according to new research from Broadband Genie. The average cost of a new broadband contract is currently GBP 22.63, down 10 percent from an average monthly cost of GBP 25.19 in 2016. For ultrafast broadband services, the average cost has dropped 43 percent to GBP 39.65 per month. By comparison, water bills have risen by 69 percent over the last 10 years, with gas/electricity prices increasing by 82 percent.

M.Video starts offering new Android 16 tablets from Belarusian vendor Horizont

Russian mobile and electronics retail chain M.Video said it has started selling new Android 16-powered tablets from Belarusian company Horizont in its shops. The items in question are the H-TAB Mini at RUB 10,099, the H-TAB Go at RUB 13,599 and the H-TAB Crystal at RUB 16,099. M.Video open its first in-store concession offering electronics and household appliances from Belarusian vendors last September. This February, M.Video opened a branch in the Mega Khimki shopping centre in the Moscow region.

Armenian operator Ucom has announced the introduction of its new uPlay Cinema subscription service, allowing television subscribers to access an extensive library of popular films for a fixed monthly fee, without having to pay separately for each title. Ucom said uPlay Cinema has been created for TV viewers who prefer the convenience of a single subscription, giving them access to a broad selection of films and offering entertainment options for the whole family.

Belarusian national operator Beltelecom has announced the introduction of two new tariffs including services on the LTE network. Its plan 'Family 5 LTE Unlimited' costs BYN 62 monthly and provides internet service at symmetrical 5 Mbps speeds alongside unlimited calls to the Beltelecom network. Its 'Family LTE 30 GB Unlimited' plan costs BYN 22 monthly and likewise supplies symmetrical 5 Mbps service and unrestricted voice calls on Beltelecom's network. Data costs BYN 0.039 per megabyte once a 30 GB monthly

Operator Viva Armenia has introduced a bulk SMS service called 'Business Hub' for its corporate customers. It enables customer to send text messages =to the networks of any Armenian mobile operator. The on-net SMS price is AMD 10.5 whereas texts to other local networks costs AMD 11.

Beeline launches MVNO for Russian Post

Russian operator Beeline said it has launched MVNO services for the Russian post office on its network. The virtual mobile network operator services under the Russian Post Mobile brand have become available in three regions under a pilot project. Customers can subscribe in 1,330 post office branches in the Kaliningrad and Tver regions, as well as in the Republic of Sakha.

Orange Poland said it started selling the limited edition Brilliant Collection from the Motorola Signature smartphone range. The device is embellished with 20 Swarovski crystals. It comes with Moto Buds 2 Plus supporting Sound by Bose technology, also adorned with crystals.

Slovak Telekom changes Magio TV's German channel line-up

Slovak Telekom plans to modify the line-up of its pay-TV service Magio TV, reports Zive.sk. It operator will remove certain German channels but add new ones to the World premium package. From 16 June, Magio TV is discontinuing ORF 1, ORF 2, ZDF and ARD but will add the German channels Kabel Eins, Sixx and N24 Doku to the World package instead. World costs EUR 3.57 monthly.

O2 Czechia launches seasonal data roaming packs

O2 Czech Republic has introduced its new seasonal roaming packages for summer, Data Pas, for use outside the EU. Prices start at CZK 199 and customers can choose bundles valid for three, fourteen or 30 days and activate them on the application My O2. The Data Pas 1 GB package for three days costs CZK 199, the fourteen-day 5 GB bundle costs CZK 399 and the 30-day 10 GB package costs CZK 499. The Data Pas packages can be used in 96 countries.

Huawei has introduced the Nova 15 Max smartphone in South Africa at prices starting form ZAR 7,999. Customers will also receive a Huawei added-value pack worth up to ZAR 7,596, including unlimited screen damage protection and Huawei FreeBuds SE valued at ZAR 1,499 at selected retailers. Starlink adds EUR 10 'monthly kit fee' to Spain prices

Starlink has further increased the price of its three residential plans in Spain in response to rising global operating costs and surging demand for its service. The satellite internet operator announced on its website that new subscribers to its Residential 100, 200 and Max plans will now have to pay a "Monthly Kit Fee" amounting to EUR 10 a month when signing up.

France's Sosh increases price of top-tier fibre offer to EUR 28 per month

Sosh, the no-frills brand of Orange France, has raised the monthly rate of its 'Boost' fibre package, after launching this offer at the end of April for EUR 26.99. The price for new sign-ups has now increased by EUR 1 to EUR 27.99 per month. All other aspects of this top-tier package remain unchanged and, as before, customers covered by Orange's XGS-PON network can benefit from a headline download speed of 8 Gbps, as well as a version of the latest Livebox 7 supporting Wi‑Fi 7 connectivity.
