Eurofiber owner hires UBS to help sell stake in Dutch operator - report

Eurofiber's owner Antin Infrastructure Partners has asked UBS to help it sell a minority stake in Eurofiber, in a deal that could value the Dutch operator at EUR 2 billion, Reuters reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. One source noted that Antin could even offer a majority stake if bid prices go high enough.

Antin bought Eurofiber in 2015 for EUR 875 million and has now sent confidential information packages to prospective bidders, the sources said. Allianz, Ardian, Macquarie and First State Investments are expected to express interest in the company, as well as Dutch pension funds APG and PGGM.
