Facebook stops showing Bing search results

Facebook said it has stopped showing internet search results from Microsoft's Bing, ending a four-year online relationship, Cnet reported, adding that Microsoft still owns a 1 percents stake in Facebook. Facebook said it is stopping with Bing because it wants to focus on finding what has been shared on Facebook. Microsoft confirmed the move, saying Facebook wants to help people tap into information that's been shared with them on Facebook and not from a broader set of web results. Both companies stressed they will continue to partner in other areas.
