Full MVNOs launch European Association of Full MVNOs
European Full MVNOs have gathered to form the European Association of Full MVNOs (EAFM). The EAFM was created by its six founding members including Liberty Global, NRJ Mobile, OMEA Telecom, Teleena, Telenet and Transatel to represent the interests of companies which are active on European mobile markets and independent, in terms of ownership and control, from established MNOs. The EAFM consists of companies which have negotiated or intend to negotiate Full MVNO agreements with host MNOs, in such a manner that they have achieved commercial independence from their host MNOs and exploit a network or are involved in the deployment of their own network elements. The EAFM will engage with the regulatory stakeholders from EU institutions and national telecommunications regulators to represent the interests of Full MVNOs.
