Iliad promotes CFO Reynaud to succeed Lombardini as CEO

Iliad announced a new governance structure effective from 21 May. CFO Thomas Reynaud becomes CEO of the group, replacing Maxime Lombardini who takes the position of chairman of the board of directors. The company said that the new management has the full commitment of Iliad’s founder Xavier Niel, its main shareholder with 52 percent of share capital. Within the revised structure, Niel holds the position of vice-chairman of the board and chief strategic officer.

Cyril Poidatz moves from the position of chairman of the board of directors to become corporate secretary, while Nicolas Jaeger joins the board, replacing Reynaud as chief financial officer. The other three appointments within the new structure are Shahrzad Sharvan, named deputy corporate secretary, Camille Perrin, promoted to the role of marketing director, and Aude Mercier, who takes the role of human resources director.
