Facebook to show live Champions League matches in US
Facebook has agreed a deal with US broadcaster Fox Sports to stream live matches from the Uefa Champions League in the US. The deal with the sports division of 21st Century Fox includes double-headers during the group stage, four Round of 16 games and four quarterfinal matches, Bloomberg reported. Neither company would disclose the financial terms of their agreement.

This is the latest in a string of agreements by the social network to show live sports. Earlier this year it started showing games from Major League Baseball. It also has a tie-up with broadcaster Univision to show football matches from Mexico's top league and Major League Soccer in the US. Twitter and Amazon have also started adding deals to show sports over their platforms.
