Italian mobile towers group Inwit announced that a Milan court has dismissed its request to suspend the decision of Fastweb (Swisscom) to withdraw from a longstanding tower lease contract the day after another judge rejected a similar case brought against Telecom Italia (TIM). Brazil's National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) has agreed to extend the deadline for Viasat Brasil to launch and operate its GX8 geostationary satellite from two to three years.
