CPG divests additional 2.7% stake in True to UBS AG London Branch

Charoen Pokphand Group (CPG) has divested an additional portion of its shares in Thai operator True to UBS AG London Branch, as part of a pre-planned two-tranche 10 percent equity offloading strategy. Following the sale of an initial tranche representing 4.7 percent of the company's issued shares on 27 February, CPG sold an additional 2.706 percent of True shares to UBS AG London Branch on 15 June. The remaining balance of up to 2.585 percent is scheduled to be sold to UBS as soon as standard administrative

The Dutch mobile market maintained growth in the first quarter of 2026, with retail service revenues rising almost 1 percent to EUR 1.025 billion. Over 6 in 10 Spaniards would switch ISPs for guaranteed stability - study

A nationwide survey commissioned by internet exchange operator De-Cix found that 61 percent of Spaniards would switch or consider switching internet providers if guaranteed a completely stable connection. Conducted by Netquest, the study also showed that 20 percent of respondents would pay extra for a "No Delay Guarantee", while 88 percent said poor or unstable service would be a decisive or significant reason to change providers.

Orange issues EUR 850 mln hybrid bond

Orange has announced a new debt issue of EUR 850 million, in an operation that reflects the proactive management of the group's hybrid bond portfolio. The hybrid notes are intended to be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris and are expected to be assigned a rating of BBB-, Baa3 and BBB- by rating agencies S&P, Moody's and Fitch respectively, based on an equity content of 50 percent. The undated, deeply subordinated securities have a fixed coupon of 4.25 percent until the first reset date.

South Korean internet giant Kakao has launched a ChatGPT chatbot feature within its KakaoTalk messaging service, allowing users to interact with OpenAI's AI assistant directly from individual and group chat rooms. The new feature enables users to add the ChatGPT chatbot to a conversation and submit prompts from within the chat interface. Users can invoke the chatbot by mentioning it in messages or through a dedicated ChatGPT button in the message input area.
