VodafoneThree has completed the integration of the Vodafone and Three UK core networks, in what the operator says is a new first for multi-vendor integration. Vodafone Ukraine revenues up 11% in Q1, margin falls on higher costs

Revenues of Vodafone Ukraine totaled UAH 7.3 billion in the first quarter of this year, up by 11 percent year-on-year. OIBDA grew by 4 percent to UAH 3.49 billion, and the OIBDA margin dropped by 2.9 percentage points to 47.8 percent due to increased expenses. The net profit was UAH 778 million, up by 12 percent.

Danish operator TDC's business arm, TDC Erhverv said it registered 1,681 incidents of malware compromise among companies in Denmark in the first quarter of 2026. Its new cybersecurity report also says that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were exposed to the majority of the successful attacks. DG-Net revenues up 22% in Q1

Revenues of Polish ISP DG-Net totaled PLN 6.117 million in the first quarter of this year, up by over 22 percent year-on-year from PLN 5.0 million. EBITDA of the company was PLN 1.584 million, up 66.5 percent from PLN 951,059. The net profit soared to PLN 632,246 from 80,788.

Ligga Telecom approves fibre broadband asset sale to Brasil TecPar

The shareholders of Brazilian regional fixed broadband operator Ligga Telecom have approved the sale of its fibre broadband internet assets and liabilities to Brasil TecPar for a total of BRL 450 million. This deal, initially announced in February, is still pending regulatory approvals from bodies like Cade and Anatel. The payment will be a combination of cash and securities issued by Brasil TecPar's indirect parent company.

Dutch digital infrastructure agency's director leaves after 7 years

Angeline van Dijk is stepping down at the end of June as inspector general at the Netherlands' digital infrastructure agency RDI. She has taken a new job to lead the country's food safety agency. Van Dijk led the RDI almost seven years, guiding its transition from the former Agentschap Telecom (AT) to the current organsiation with a much broader field of oversight. Polish operator Netia has been announced as winner of a tender for providing WAN data services for Polish Post. Netia's offer was worth PLN 62.3 million, above the Polish Post's indicated value of the contract, of PLN 57.9 million, reports ITreseller. Netia submitted the only bid for the contract, and the offer was compatible with tender requirements.
