South Africa's communication minister Solly Malatsi has appointed an independent expert review panel to spearhead the redevelopment of the country's National Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy, ITWeb reported. Russian internet company VK announced that its messaging app Max has signed cooperation agreements with the four major Russian mobile operators.
